Privacy policy

Bytown RenoWorks Inc., operating as Bytown RenoWorks, collects only what it needs to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. This page explains what that is, in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you chose, your community, your timeline and budget selections, the project details you type, and any photos you attach. When you book a consultation, Calendly collects the booking details you give it.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your project, prepare a quote, and schedule a site visit. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc., a US company, receives and stores form submissions and uploaded photos on our behalf and may store them outside Canada. A copy of each submission is emailed to the business. Calendly processes bookings under its own privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, attached photos, and the emails about them for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Submissions are deleted from the Netlify Forms dashboard and from our mailbox on that schedule. Netlify does not delete them automatically.

Quotes and invoices for completed projects are kept for as long as Canadian tax record-keeping rules require.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Calendly booking tool and popup set Calendly's cookies when they load.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@bytownrenoworks.ca or calling (613) 854-7794.
