One contractor, one point of contact, and a fixed quote before work starts. Here is what to expect from the first call to the final walkthrough.
- 1 Enquiry and a site visit to see the space and understand the goal.
- 2 A fixed, line-item quote listing every trade, allowance, and exclusion.
- 3 Design and material selection, confirmed in writing before anything is ordered.
- 4 Permits, which we prepare and submit when the work requires them.
- 5 Build, with dust barriers, daily cleanup, and progress updates you do not have to chase.
- 6 Walkthrough, deficiency list, and a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Warranty
Every project carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. If a workmanship issue shows up in the first year after completion, we come back and fix it. The warranty covers our labour and installation; manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are passed through to you.
Frequently asked questions
How long after the site visit do I get a quote?
Usually within a few business days for a straightforward project, longer when we need supplier or engineering input. The quote is fixed and line-itemed, not a rough estimate.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, for the work that needs one. We prepare the drawings and application and coordinate inspections, and the permit and fees are listed in your quote.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, with a clear payment schedule tied to project milestones, all set out in the quote before you sign.
